40% of the total amount of the stay is required as a deposit.
In the event of a cancelled stay, the deposit is retained by the hotel (article 1590 of the Civil Code).
Any shortened stay will be due in full.
Any lost or unreturned key will result in a €100 charge to your bill.
Any damage caused by the customer in the room during their stay will be charged.
